Business name registrations – $80.00

Corporation set-up and organization (minute book, where Articles are already prepared) – $350.00

Annual resolution – $200.00 (first year), $75.00 each additional year
Minute book restoration – billed hourly
Hourly rate for senior clerk – $125.00/hr

Corporate and commercial purchase and sale transactions, Section 85/86 rollovers, and shareholders’ agreements are quoted on a file-by-file basis.

Plus disbursements, software charges, and HST.
