Nancy and Her Team 

Nancy Cerelli, Principal

Nancy is the Principal of Elite Legal and brings a strong passion for real estate law, along with practical experience in real estate sales and investing.

She has built Elite Legal with a focus on providing flexible, reliable support to lawyers through a team of experienced law clerks. Nancy understands the value of having skilled clerks available on an as-needed basis, allowing lawyers—both new and established—to access high-level support without the commitment of full-time staffing.

Nancy takes pride in building and maintaining a team of dedicated professionals who share her commitment to excellence in real estate law and client service.

Laura Collier

Laura brings over 20 years of experience in real estate, including extensive work at the Registry Office and more than 15 years as a full-time conveyancer and title searcher.

Her in-depth knowledge of the registry system and title searching makes her an integral part of the Elite Legal team. Experienced title searchers with a strong understanding of registry-based systems are increasingly rare, and Laura’s expertise is a valuable asset to both the firm and its clients.

Arlene Guest

Arlene is a long-time colleague of Nancy and brings over 20 years of experience in corporate and estate law.

Her background includes civil litigation and serving as Corporate Secretary for a private healthcare facility, providing her with a well-rounded and practical perspective. Arlene approaches corporate and estate matters with a thoughtful and detail-oriented mindset, drawing on her diverse experience to support clients effectively.

Nicole van Zeben

Nicole brings over 15 years of experience as a real estate law clerk, with a primary focus on residential real estate. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and has completed a law clerk program.

Since joining the firm in 2020, Nicole has become an integral part of the team. She is known for her meticulous approach, strong organizational skills, and exceptional attention to detail. Her ability to manage files efficiently and accurately contributes to a smooth and reliable experience for both clients and colleagues.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family and shopping.

Lisa Perry

Lisa is a senior law clerk with over 15 years of experience in residential real estate, with a strong focus on purchase, sale, and refinance transactions.

She has extensive experience managing files from start to finish, including coordinating with clients and brokers, organizing closings, and completing high-volume transactions efficiently and accurately. Lisa is highly proficient in industry software including Unity, Teraview, and Closer, and is recognized for her ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment.

Lisa’s practical experience, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills make her a valuable member of the team, supporting efficient and seamless real estate transactions.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family.

Tracy Gaetan

Tracy is providing administrative support to our team. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto, majoring in Psychology, and is also a graduate with honours from Sheridan College with an Early Childhood Education diploma.

Tracy has lived in Milton for over 30 years and married her soul mate and has two great sons who are growing up way too fast. She also provides administrative support to a local nonprofit sports organization. Spare time is precious, and she spends it with great family and friends, curled up with a good book or tending to her garden.
